The story of Friends of Amari has only just begun! This ecologically-minded International Association started right here in Forest Row with a conversation between two storytellers, Stella and Sue that grew to encompass their friends. It is now a group of dynamic people dedicated to contributing to the revival of the village and valley of Amari, Crete, through Storytelling and the Arts, attracting people from Greece and around the world who will respect the local culture and environment, while enjoying the unique and healing qualities Amari has to offer.
